All Angel Salads ar offered as a regular or large sized:

Dairymaid's Salad
Salads are accompanied by a choice of house-made toast; choose from farmhouse sourdough or wholemeal, seeded spelt.
The focus is, again, on the quality of ingredients. As well as stoneground, organic flour used in your toast selection, the pork in your ham is, of course, free range and rare breed, the finest smoked, peppered mackerel from the Whightman Fishing Company in Lowestoft is used in the Fisherman's Salad, and for our Dairymaid's Salad, we have chosen a modern classic, Black Bomber.

- Ham roasted at the Angel Inn from gammon supplied by Thatched House Farm - rare breed, free-range lop pigs.
- Free range egg
- Angel Inn lightly spiced coleslaw
- Served on a bed of fresh mixed salad
- Choose from our buttered* toast selection
All salads served with toast made from our house baked bread* (choose form Ale House Sourdough or Seeded, Wholemeal Spelt) and raw butter from Fen Farm Dairy - please ask if pasteurised butter is required.
