Breakfast

We take great care to source our breakfast ingredients with the utmost dedication to unadulterated quality, ethics and the environment. For example, our sausages and bacon come from free-range, rare breed lop pigs locally reared at Thatched House Farm, the eggs are also free range and the cows milk in your coffee or tea is organic. And, even the oil we use for frying is cold pressed rapeseed sourced  from Yare Valley farm.

The flour in our home made baps and toast, is stone ground and organic - and is made from top quality grain grown locally to the mill; no bleach, stabilisers nor preservatives are added.

"Not only is it ethically sourced, good for you and better for the planet, but you can't fail to taste the difference!"
